Project Start Date
Your project turnaround time does not begin on the date your order is placed.
The processing timeframe begins only after all required project information, branding materials, content, and photos have been received by Brandeluxe Studios.
Once everything needed for your project has been received, your project will officially enter the production process and your applicable turnaround time will begin.
What You Need To Submit
Clients are responsible for providing all materials necessary to complete their project. Depending on the service booked, this may include:
- Business and brand information
- Logo and existing brand assets
- Brand colors and fonts
- Photos and product images
- Exact wording and information to be included in the design
- Product or service details
- Social media information
- Website content and information, if applicable
- Any additional materials requested for your specific service
Please submit final and accurate information that is ready to be used in your project.
Missing Information
If any required information or materials are missing, your project will not enter production and your processing timeframe will not begin.
The date you purchase your service does not reserve an earlier processing date while Brandeluxe Studios is waiting for your materials.
Your processing time will begin from the date your complete project information is received.
Late submissions may move your completion date.
Any delay in submitting your required information, photos, branding materials, or other project content may result in a later production start and project completion date.
